IJ Travel Tours acts as an Appointed Agent for Brightsun Travel (UK) Limited (ATOL 3853). We arrange travel services on behalf of airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel providers. Your contract for these services is directly with the principal provider.
A booking is confirmed once we issue a booking confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment.
For most bookings, a deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable except where we fail to confirm your booking.
The balance of your booking must be paid by the due date specified at the time of booking, usually before ticketing or departure.
We accept major debit and credit cards and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely.
Note: We recommend paying in full as early as possible to avoid price increases, as fares can change until fully ticketed.
Cancellation fees vary by airline and fare type — many discounted fares are fully non-refundable. We will confirm the exact fee before you cancel.
Important: Name changes are NOT permitted on most airlines. Name corrections (minor spelling errors) may be allowed with proof of passport and fees (£50–£150).
Critical: We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry to any country or denied boarding due to incorrect or missing documentation. No refunds will be provided.
Travel insurance is mandatory for all bookings. You must have comprehensive coverage including medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and flight delays.
Baggage allowance depends on the airline and fare type booked. We will advise your allowance at the time of booking.
Flight schedules are set by airlines and can change without notice. We will notify you of any changes we are made aware of as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: Travel involves inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with travel, including injury, illness, property loss, and travel disruptions.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt our services.
